By accessing or using our services, you agree to these terms.

Use of Service
You agree to:

• Use DigiMonk.ai for lawful purposes only
• Not misuse, reverse engineer, or copy the platform
• Provide accurate information for setup
• Ensure your WhatsApp Business API account complies with Meta policies

Subscription & Billing

• Plans are billed monthly or annually
• Setup fee is non-refundable
• Non-payment may suspend your account
• Upgrades and downgrades will be billed accordingly

AI Conversations & Automation
You acknowledge that DigiMonk.ai automates:

• Lead qualification
• Follow-ups
• Appointment booking
• CRM updates

While highly efficient, it is still an AI system. You agree not to hold us liable for conversations or outcomes generated by the AI.

Data Usage
You permit DigiMonk.ai to process lead chats and flow data for automation purposes.
We do not use your data externally or sell it.

Limitation of Liability
DNA Digital / DigiMonk.ai is not responsible for:

• Loss of business due to platform downtime
• Incorrect CRM data caused by third-party APIs
• WhatsApp restrictions or API policies

Maximum liability shall not exceed your last month’s subscription amount.

Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if:

• Payments are not completed
• The platform is misused
• Terms are violated

You may cancel anytime by emailing support.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
